I got these packages in the mail today. They are all my supplies for my next commissioned piece! I am really excited. And yes, the largest box IS six feet long :) More details to come as the piece progresses.

I’m afraid I don’t have any new art to show you this week… I have been seriously slacking in this department, and am bound and determined to change this. So (again) I hope to have something complete for you next week.

Today’s photo is of my chair. The dear chair on which I sit whenever I am online. It was the chair that Chris found in a road after a hurricane in Florida. Poor thing… It is now a part of our small furniture family and has been serving us well.

It snowed for about an hour last night, but it is a beautiful day today. Perfect for the Resurrection Sunday that it is. I saw a few kids running around the yard carrying bright baskets looking for hidden eggs. It was a good day.
