poker pizza night.
We had another great evening last night and I’m sure I’ve got enough pizza leftover to last us most of the week… It’s crazy how fast Friday evenings fly by.

I went four-wheeling for the first time on Saturday and had a blast! Bob and Merna are a fascinating older couple we have gotten to know and they invited us to spend the day with them at their home. They have ten acres of beautiful land, an incredible wood-working shop, a perfect sledding hill and […]
a beautiful day
I woke up Sunday morning to a beautiful covering of frost. The trees, the grass even houses all blended together in various shades of grey. I had to rush to get ready for church, but I did take a few shots before we left.
There are very few grey days here in Colorado and I think […]
hangin’ out…
We just got back from Phil and Sara’s and a wonderful evening. A couple hours of low key Rummy-o can be a perfect distraction in the middle of the week. Thanks for dinner guys! It’s always a good time…

This flower is from the bouquet that Chris bought me for our second anniversary. They were beautiful, pale pink gerber daisies and were beautiful. This one had a broken stem a couple inches down from the flower, so I cut it off and kept it seperately.

potato finds the stairs.
I feel like my child is learning how to drive. I’ve been putting this day off for as long as little Potato has been in our lives but today our boy discovered the stairs weren’t that hard. I decided before we got pup that he wasn’t going to go into our bedroom at all, and […]
